Hi Danellea!
I was THRILLED with the last box of stuff and so were all the girls! THANK YOU!!! The wheels were a HUGE hit and the first time I could ever get any rat to run on one in all my 20 some years keeping rats! Thank you for the stuffed dog and plastic rat, gave me such a smile and a happy heart! You are so unbelievably sweet! I meant to write to you but had a super busy week putting away 6 cords of wood in my shed for the coming winter and I am exhausted! I am 39 but feel about 70 today! ;)
The medicine is Baytril, and I am in no rush for it at all. You don't have to worry about making it up to me, you have been just so great!

Dear, dear Danella,
Well, let me say how SURPRISED I was to get my parcel!!!!! I wasn't expecting it!!! Nor did I deserve the wonderful card and the delicious chocolates!!!! I am a fan of chocolate, but those are my FAVORITE chocolates in the world! You MADE my day, not to mention the rat pack's day too! ;) Thank you so much!!!!!I wasn't very patient, which I usually am. I shop eBay and have a great rating there, everyone loves to deal with me, even when there is a problem, I think I was getting impatient because I had these 3 little rats, which came out of the worlds TINIEST cage and they were also underweight. I did not have a whole lot for them so was getting worried. I do though make a new toy up for them each night, and I have been rotating the toys they do have-I know how to make rats happy but this was a challenge! Last night I filled a paper bag with some of the treats you sent, each wrapped in paper and they went crazy digging through the bag and then tearing open the paper balls to get these new, tasty treats! It kept them busy for about an hour! Thank you! I will continue to shop with you, not enough companies keep customer service a number one priority like you sure do! I was SO impressed! I really appreciate this! I guess the wheels will come then soon, and I will eagerly await my other order-but PATEINTLY this time! ;) Thank you, thank you for making my day. You are a very special person, that is obvious, and a very smart business woman!! Have a WONDERFUL weekend!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I have definately seen a difference in my babies' health. I have a baby monitor in their room and the reciever in my room so I can monitor them when I am in my room which is most of the time. I used to hear their breathing problems from the baby monitor. Now all I hear is them drinking, crunching their food and digging in their litter. They are definately doing better! Thankyou so much!

I just got the package today and the girls really appreciated the card and the little extras. 2 days before we got the girls there was a big storm in Western Washington and the power was in our area for 1-2 days, this caused them all to get the colds. Franny and Lulu are still sneezing quite a bit, so we gave them the stuff you put on top of their nose just a few minutes ago after we had family play time.We have been so impressed by the level of service we've gotten and how much you clearly care, you have made us customers for life!
Since we placed that order we bought a 3rd rat from the same litter, so now we have Lulu, Franny and Betty. Franny and Betty are the same color, but Franny has curly hair so it's pretty hard to tell the difference at a distance. I'm not sure if you'd be interested, but the breeder we bought the girls from also makes little beds and hammocks for the cages. I was wondering if you would be interested in selling something like this? I am sending a couple of photos, but the girls were being a little camera shy when I did these shots, but every morning I find all 3 snuggled up in the bed. The other photos are of Lulu eating and Franny sitting on top of my son's head. I didn't get a good shot of Betty this time. My little Fossy cam through surgery yesterday ok and is sleeping off the effect of the anesthic.... [cant spell the stuff that makes em sleep LOL]
A huge cut on her side with many stitches but she is ok and is still with me sigh of relief from me .... im still haveing trouble introducing the bubs but time will tell thankyou once again dear friend as I feel you are a friend reaching out from miles away ...... some days get very dark here and your emails touch my heart as you seem so caring about me and my girls

Well girls, I received my package today and was Sooo Excited to see that the outside was covered in rattie stickers and fun things and OMGoodness just FILLED with fun and rattie things. Sparkles and a card (love ya) and I don't want to give away everything about how the package comes...but it was soooooo much FUN to open it and I handed out yoggies (I had never had an opportunity to try them before...and now I understand WHY they love them so much)...my VIP Ribbon...LOL and this "ON THE GO Critter Comfort Pack" is AWESOME!!! I can't WAIT to use it! She's moving around a lot more, she also looks very happy. Does ratparadise sell the full version of the sample meds that you gave me or are they available somewhere else on the internet? Oh thank you so much for your kindness Shelly! Our whole family is excited about this new cage! We can't wait to fill it with goodies and toys and stuff. We all want to hold the rats but there are not enough rats to go around so this huge cage will provide a great home for us to all have our own rats. I may have been a rat owner all of my life but sadly I have been so ignorant of many things. Your site and the links connected to it have helped me so much. From what I have been reading this cage should accommodate 6 rats comfortably. Do you agree or no?
The first pet rats I had as an adult lived for 5 and 6 years. I heard that this is very rare. I think it was the love and attention I gave them and all the very healthy foods. I had two others after that when I was in the army and sadly I did not have access to the same foods nor was I as attentive. They lived only 2 and a half years. That broke my heart. My last two rats lived barely 2 years. One of them had a terrible respitory infection which I later learned she had when I bought her. That made me so sad. Her room mate died one month later. We think she was just sad. We bought Cupcake about 3 months ago and finally got her a room mate last weekend. Things are so awesome!
I am very excited to be part of your group Shelly! I really look forward to getting to know the other rat fanciers!

Thank you very much for the wonderful care package with the meds i ordered. It has been very crazy over here and unfortunately i lost 3 of my boys within the last week. I just purchased the RCNA membership and im thinking that i will be getting more meds soon so that i can dose my whole crew of 25 ratties.
I also want to thank you for the sample of Traumeel. It will be really useful right now since one of my rats injured his leg. My only questions is how much do i give to him?
As i mentioned before, i have 25 rats over here. I'm a student at a university and am absolutely passionate about rats. My boyfriend and I got most of our babies from the shelter but we are also guilty of getting some from Petco on random bedding trips. In fact, i picked up an absolutely beautiful Cinnamon hooded boy last night. I know how bad Petco is but the rats there deserve a chance too. Unfortunately we learned the hard way that most of these kids have pretty bad respiratory issues hence the major need for meds. Its so nice to be able to get supplies from you guys because as a student im not rich enough to go to the vet every time one has a sneezing fit.
We love our rats and always want the best for them. If you want to know more i made a Myspace page about them however its kinda outdated since i've been really busy with school.( http://www.myspace.com )

YES, it's ME again. I'm sorry. :P But, I wanted to- HAD TO- write to you. I received the shipment of medications today. The rats all leapt to their feet in joy thinking it was New Years when the confetti flew! Hahaha. You are an absolute doll, I've never met anyone nicer or more giving than you! The box itself made me smile so wide. Then I opened the package!! The ratties did black flips and sung. THANK YOU for the upgrade on the juice, I appreciate it soo much, thank you!! All the medications are safely tucked away for if and when I need them, never can be too safe!! They are my babies!! :) And thank you for the adorable little bee, he's on my television. :) And for the magnet, AND for the toy. I'm going to hang it in the boys cage when they move in, until of course they start to eat it, lol. Thank you so much for everything, I don't know how to thank you enough!!! You are wonderful!

I guess after years of being micromanaged I became loike him. Being a perfectionist does not always win brownie points in the personality department, and can cause resentment. Hi again,
I have some bad news.
Last night, Sammy passed away. He had been getting worse and worse from unknown causes and last night he was finally so tired he couldn't hang on anymore. He was ghostly white and unable to do more than move his head and front feet. I felt around his body and his kidneys seemed huge: I assume they failed the night before (I was told by my vet this can happen and the tissue swells overnight) Sammy sat with me for nearly two hours. He kept getting paler and weaker. His breaths were so labored he could hardly get air. He started to have small and obviously painful seizures. He gave me his last little kisses and chattered for me and then just slipped away in my hands. He died with all his best friends in the room, and I think that made him go a little easier. After he passed I was able to look over his body and feel the lump he had. I believe he had prostate cancer that had spread. Unfortunately I was never able to palpate anything on his body until he was so thin nothing could have been done. This month he just turned 20 months old. I will miss him so much. I wish there were some way I could have found his tumor sooner- maybe something could have been done.
I buried him underneath my pear tree so every Spring, he'll be surrounded by flowers.
